All calls and meetings with Bhagat Real Estate Group are recorded.
This applies to all forms of communication, including but not limited to:

BREG records calls and meetings for the following legitimate business purposes:

• Compliance — Ontario real estate regulations and RECO requirements mandate accurate record-keeping of client communications and instructions.
• Dispute resolution — in the event of any disagreement regarding instructions given, advice received, or terms discussed, recordings provide an accurate and verifiable record.
• Transaction accuracy — to ensure that all verbal instructions, property details, and negotiation terms are recorded correctly.

BREG collects only the personal information that is necessary to provide you with professional commercial real estate services. We collect information through the following means:

• Comply with legal obligations, court orders, or regulatory requirements
BREG will not use your personal information for any purpose other than those listed above without obtaining your prior consent.
6. Disclosure of Personal Information
BREG does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party. We may disclose your personal information to the following parties, only to the extent necessary to complete your transaction or fulfil our legal obligations:
• Transaction professionals — lawyers, notaries, mortgage brokers, lenders, home inspectors, environmental consultants, and other professionals directly involved in your real estate transaction
• Real estate boards and regulatory bodies — RECO, TRREB, CREA, or other boards where listing or transaction filing is required
• FINTRAC — where identity verification disclosures are required under the Proceeds of Crime (Money Laundering) and Terrorist Financing Act
• Service providers — cloud storage, CRM, and IT service providers engaged by BREG under strict confidentiality agreements
• Government and regulatory authorities — where required by law, court order, or lawful regulatory demand.
7. Consent
BREG collects, uses, and discloses personal information with your knowledge and consent. By engaging BREG's services — including by submitting a contact form, booking a consultation, or communicating with us by any channel — you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in this Privacy Policy.
