Why BREG exists
and why it is different

Bhagat Real Estate Group was founded on a straightforward observation: Ontario's most valuable commercial property transactions, RV parks, campgrounds, apartment buildings, and industrial facilities, were being handled by general brokers who lacked the specialist knowledge these assets require.


A campground is not valued like a strip mall. An apartment building under Ontario's Residential Tenancies Act is not analysed the same way as a condominium. An industrial property's value is driven by its clear height, loading configuration, and zoning class, not its aesthetics. Yet most commercial brokerages treat every transaction with the same generic approach.


BREG was built to fill that gap. We focus exclusively on four asset classes, develop deep knowledge of each, and bring that expertise to every client, whether they are buying a $600,000 campground in Kawartha Lakes or selling a $20 million apartment building in Scarborough.
