Does BREG represent both buyers and sellers in the same transaction?
No. BREG acts exclusively for one party in each transaction to avoid conflicts of interest. If BREG is representing a seller, we will not simultaneously represent the buyer of the same property. This protects the integrity of our advice and ensures our clients always receive undivided representation.
